We are based out of Bangalore but build bespoke motorcycles for people all over the country. You would need to send us your motorcycle in excellent condition by GATI Road transport for example, we will receive the bike and finalize the design over the phone and start work on your bike, once the build is complete in 2 or 3 months depending on the complexity of the build we will test it thoroughly and have it ready for delivery.

We would love it if you could take delivery of your Custom Royal Enfield personally and meet the team that’s made your dream come true but if for some reason you can’t make it we will have a photo-shoot done and send you the same, once you are satisfied with the build, we will make sure it’s packed well and sent to you safely.

Yes. Any part built by Bulleteer Customs carry an 18 month warranty, this does not include Electricals and parts subjected to wear and tear such as Cables, disc pads and chains etc.

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage but if unfortunately something like that happens we will be happy to help restore your bike and send you the bill.

We never offer any build to our clients unless we’ve built it well, tested it rigorously and certified that the engineering is good enough to bet your life upon.
